U13 Spring Program
U13 5v5 Spring League (Born 2012-2013. Grade 5&6)
Players will have two sessions a week.
Dates: Program will run from the week of April 8, 2024 - May 16
Cost: $120 (includes spring league reversible jersey)
U13 Girls
Monday and Wednesday Nights
7:15pm - 8:30pm
Maplehurst School
The first few Monday night sessions will be option skills and drills and learning rules. Wednesday nights will be game night.
Please Note - Players who tryout and make a provincial team will have a different schedule.
U13 Boys
Tuesday and Thursday Nights
The league schedule will take place at Hillcrest school and Maplehurst School. Please be prepared to play at BOTH schools.
Hillcrest Games 6:15pm & 7:30pm
Maplehurst School Games 7:30pm

SPRING PROVINCIAL PROGAM DETAILS
Our provincial basketball program is comprised of teams created through tryouts and a coach selection process. Provincial compete against other programs from across the province in various tournaments, doubleheaders, and exhibition games.
Our Provincial program aims to offer a higher level of competition for dedicated players, helping them enhance and develop their skills.
Spring Program Details:
- Moncton Basketball Association will run a spring provincial program for U11, U13, U14 and U15 age groups.
To tryout for a provincial team you must register with the Moncton Hawks. This means you have to register in one of the categories above (U11, U13, U15). If you do not make a provincial team you will automatically be put into our Rec spring league. - To tryout for a provincial team you must register and attend two provincial team tryouts. The cost for tryouts is $15.
Register for a provincial team tryout here. - Tryouts for U11 will take place the week of March 18. The exact dates will be communicated to all who are registered with MBA.
- Tryouts for U13, U14, and U15 will take place the week of March 25. The exact dates will be communicated to all who are registered with MBA.
- Provincial program teams will train 3x per week (including games).
- There is an additional Provincial Fee of $50, payable once teams are selected. The additional fee is for administrative costs, extra gym time and equipment. Tournament, travel, and officials will be an additional fee for each team.
